There are a handful of urgent care clinics that have opened along Highway 24 and Woodmen Road in the eastern corridor, but options remain limited compared to central Colorado Springs. UCHealth Urgent Care and other providers have locations that serve the east side.
Emergency care
The nearest emergency department with full trauma capability is Penrose Hospital and UCHealth Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, both roughly 25–40 minutes from central Falcon. Plan for this when evaluating medical timing.
Primary care providers
Falcon has seen some primary care clinic growth, but many residents maintain relationships with practices in Colorado Springs. If this matters to you, confirm your insurance network before moving.
Military healthcare
